Description
Support the preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial reporting
Partner with leadership to deliver insightful financial analysis, operational reporting, and key business metrics
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning initiatives
Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency, internal controls, and month‑end procedures
Participate in special projects, ad‑hoc financial analysis, and cross‑functional initiatives as needed
Support accounting activities related to acquisitions, asset reviews, and financial modeling
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in public accounting, audit, or corporate finance/accounting
CPA designation or progress toward completion is considered an asset
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with financial systems
Ability to thrive in a quick‑paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Experience with Yardi is considered an asset
