In this key role reporting to the Stations Director, you will manage the design process across various disciplines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and passenger experience standards. Your leadership will foster collaboration and technical governance, integrating operational and safety considerations into all design phases. Your communication skills will help navigate relationships with executive-level stakeholders and teams across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead multidisciplinary design efforts from concept through implementation
• Enforce technical governance and manage design changes




• Ensure compliance with Canadian codes and project objectives
• Manage interfaces between stations and civil work systems
• Drive sustainability and accessibility in design decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a similar field
• Minimum requirement of 15 years in project management
• Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure
• Proven track record of managing risks and costs effectively
• Fluency in French and English is required
