Overview

Commis aux courriers role at Recruit Action inc. This is a temporary contract for 3 weeks, from September 10 to October 3, full-time. Regular daytime hours (9:00 to 17:00). Bilingualism in English and French is required to ensure effective service.

Role context: Relèvez un nouveau défi administratif au sein d’un centre de services internes en environnement juridique.

Responsibilities
Support administrative activities in a qualified, structured environment.
Maintain regular daytime schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00.
Contribute to internal service requests and ensure accurate handling of information in both languages.

Qualifications
Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) – an asset.
1 year of experience in a similar role.




Bilingual in English and French to communicate effectively for internal exchanges and bilingual service requests.
Solid organizational skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Good teamwork and skilled attitude in the workplace.
