Responsibilities
Align with our recruitment strategy for Bunzl Canada – making sure you understand our business drivers, our recruitment ambitions, the roles we need to fill and availability on the market – to attract and hire the best talent for our industry.
Manage the work against the region’s priority recruitment needs.
Proactively engage with and manage expectations of stakeholders from business leaders to partners in HR to understand and anticipate recruitment needs now and in the future.
Ensure diversity hiring practices are woven into all aspects of our recruitment processes and practices.
Execute our hiring processes from start to finish for the vacancies within your scope.
Find cutting-edge ways to meet our constantly expanding and evolving recruitment needs.

What you bring
Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition across a range of functions.
Experience in a corporate workplace.
Some experience in multilevel recruitment – distribution (Warehouse and Driver)



and professional (Sales, Purchasing, Finance, IT, Marketing, HR).
Experience with ATS or similar systems.
Interview guidance.
Bilingual (French) would be an asset.
