Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and set goals for each youth served
• Teach socially appropriate behaviors through daily activities
• Ensure safety and monitor well-being of youth
• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention,



and behavior management
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living needs
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in child and youth care or related field
• Minimum two years recent experience in relevant care settings
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License and reliable vehicle
• Certifications in CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention preferred
• Experience in trauma-informed practices essential
