Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across the care continuum
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans




• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety
• Engage in continuous evaluation of nursing interventions
• Participate in education for both patients and team members
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
• At least one year of relevant mental health nursing experience
• Familiarity with the Mental Health Act and health legislation
• CPR certification and knowledge of Crisis Prevention techniques
• Robust critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
