This position is integral to the Integrated Program Delivery Team, reporting to the Planning & Schedule Management Lead. Your role will ensure that all project planning aligns with best practices, promoting consistency in project delivery. You will manage systems and procedures, facilitating stakeholder engagement and effective risk management across the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Revise and enforce Planning & Schedule procedures
• Standardize project procedure delivery methods
• Implement Systems for Planning Management across the program




• Optimize program-wide risk management processes
• Support stakeholders in achieving program objectives
Requirements:
• 10 years of experience in Planning and Schedule Management
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in Rail and Transit projects
• Qualified qualification considered an asset
• Proven stakeholder engagement capabilities
