You will lead efforts to secure our microbiology lab’s certification, ensuring that all quality and safety standards are met. Your role will involve interacting with various stakeholders while leading a team through the accreditation process. A keen eye for detail and a solid grounding in microbiology are essential to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage laboratory accreditation and licensing tasks
• Collaborate closely with the NELAP for accreditation
• Communicate with stakeholders about accreditation status
• Maintain comprehensive records for laboratory operations




• Effectively lead a team to complete projects successfully
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in biology or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years in corporate/non-profit settings
• Proficient in laboratory management and microbiology
• Robust attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Valuable verbal and written communication skills
