The beautiful West Kootenay Mountains and Kootenay Lake invite year‑round outdoor adventures such as hiking, skiing, boating, swimming, fishing and mountain biking. The local Selkirk College has a world‑renown music department that attracts many globally based musicians.

Founded in 1983, we take pride in over 40 years of experience while continuously remaining cutting-edge. All our educators are supported through mentorship. Professional development is part of our annual rhythm. Teachers participate in both on‑site sessions and travel to larger Waldorf centers across North America.
Hold a Teacher Regulation Branch teaching certificate or be eligible for certification,
Be Waldorf trained or willing to participate in Waldorf training (training prospects available),
Eligible to work in Canada.
