Role Overview

As a Litigation Lawyer, you will manage a diverse range of files including commercial, property disputes, employment, and estate litigation. You will be involved in all stages of litigation, including:
Representing clients before courts and tribunals
Managing a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas
Drafting pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other court documents
Conducting examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, and hearings
Collaborating closely with partners and associates
Advising clients and developing practical, results-oriented legal strategies

Qualifications




Minimum 3 years post-call litigation experience
Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to independently manage multiple files and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-oriented spirit and enthusiasm for problem-solving
Sound business judgment and motivation to excel in the practice of law

Compensation

Market-competitive salary range: 100 – 137k
