A Technical Business Analyst in an IT setting with significant experience working with multi‑org & global implementations.
Responsibilities
Act as Interface between business partners, data source owners and application developers to define requirements and use cases.
Development and tuning of ad‑hoc reporting queries using SQL.
Work with the development team & technical architects to fully identify all aspects of the data and functional requirements.
Work closely and interactively with the Process Owners and Business and Technical Stakeholders to act as a primary point of contact for identifying and documenting requirements for recent business or technical prospects or enhancements.
Provide technical support to business users – troubleshooting and providing fixes where required.
Understand Customers objectives, processes & products in order to make educated recommendations and improvements.
Provide reports and analysis of data that allows the business to make data driven decisions to improve business operations.
Qualifications & Technicalities
Min 5+ years of experience working on a software development team as a business analyst and technical / systems analyst.
Experience creating technical requirements and high‑level technical designs.
Analyse and assess technical solutions and advise stakeholders on the options.
Experience in Enterprise web applications development, including the use of .NET C#, Front end technologies (Blazor, Angular) & SQL.
