Law Clerk - Real Estate
North Toronto

Our client, a vibrant and highly regarded mid size law firm located in North Toronto is in need of a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team. This is a firm that enjoys a very low turnover of staff.

In this role you will be involved in work related to commercial real estate transactions. This is a full time permanent position.

Responsibilities
Manage and complete purchase, sales, refinancing, and mortgage files
Conduct title/off-title searches
Draft and coordinate documents required for closing
Drafting of various internal and external correspondence

Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of commercial real estate experience
Law Clerk Diploma required
Robust technical skills in Conveyancer, MS Word and Outlook
Excellent oral and written skills
Robust multi-tasking skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, while respecting tight deadlines
