Job Title: ServiceNow Discovery Engineer / ITOM Specialist

Job Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid

Duration: 12 months

Designed, configured, and customized ServiceNow solutions with 5+ years of hands‑on development experience across Asset Management, Discovery, and CMDB modules, ensuring accurate configuration management and operational efficiency.

Developed and integrated custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using REST/SOAP APIs and JSON web services, enabling seamless connectivity with external enterprise systems.

Implemented best practices for asset and configuration management, leveraging Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Catalog Item Designer, while executing automated test cases using the Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to ensure solution reliability.





Responsibilities
Collaborated within Agile settings to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL processes, demonstrating solid problem‑solving skills and maintaining platform compliance with industry standards and certifications (CSA, CAD).
