Reporting to the President and Executive Council, the Executive Director (ED) is responsible for all operational facets of HSAS. Blending strategic vision with operational insight, you will guide HSAS through a agile health care landscape. Your leadership experience within unionized or public sector frameworks will be key to fostering impactful advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement HSAS’ Strategic Plan with measurable outcomes • Oversee the union's financial health and mitigate risks • Promote an inclusive and accountable work culture • Establish partnerships with external health system entities • Supervise daily operational workflow and objectives

Requirements: • Proven senior leadership track record required • Comprehensive understanding of labour relations necessary • Expertise in governance support and Board collaboration • Effective financial management and risk oversight skills • Post-secondary education in a related discipline advantageous
