We are seeking an Assistant Director to lead and coordinate student outreach and engagement initiatives across the cluster, working closely with education stakeholders at both cluster and Hospital/Academic Clinical Program (ACP) levels. ensuring smooth and well-organised experience for students and administrators alike.

A key part of your role will be to create and sustain a Career Mentorship Program, pairing student mentees with experienced SingHealth clinician-mentors on an annual basis. You will also integrate with existing workgroups focused on research talent and residency engagement, helping to create seamless pathways from student engagement through to residency.

You will lead survey efforts, including Awareness Surveys, to assess the Centre's reach and impact over time.
