Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quantitative evaluation of necessary materials and manpower
• Prepare standardized summaries of quantities from plans
• Identify prices for labor, equipment, and materials




• Review supplier and subcontractor amounts for accuracy
• Develop alternatives to reduce project construction costs

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Construction project estimation
• Minimum 8 years of relevant estimating experience
• Strong regional experience in Atlantic Canada
• In-depth knowledge of excavation and formwork
• Familiarity with estimation software
