Reporting to the Health, Safety and Environment Manager, the Manufacturing Health & Safety Business Partner will work collaboratively with all organization levels. Your mission includes overseeing the Calgary Manufacturing H&S; program and supporting the delivery of the DHC-515 water bomber aircraft. Your role will also emphasize risk management and continuous improvement in facility safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance of the Calgary Manufacturing H&S; program
• Update and manage the incident management system, Cority
• Develop objectives for strategic H&S; alignment




• Conduct incident investigations for root cause analysis
• Support facility audits ensuring compliance with safety standards

Requirements:
• Occupational Health & Safety degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of progressive H&S; experience
• Experience with incident management software
• Solid auditing and compliance knowledge
• Excellent data analysis and communication skills
