Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee the procurement function's stabilization and transformation at a major industrial client. Your expertise will be critical in optimizing sourcing, enhancing supplier relationships, and implementing operational improvements in a complex setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead procurement function transformation and professionalization
• Optimize processes, governance, and organizational structure
• Establish KPIs, reporting routines, and performance management systems
• Develop strategic sourcing initiatives across spend categories
• Strengthen supplier relationships and drive performance management

Requirements:
• 15+ years in progressive procurement leadership
• Experience as CPO or equivalent role
• Background in Central Africa or similar emerging markets
• Proven track record in procurement transformation
• Bilingual in French and English
