You will ensure project plans align with safety and quality while managing design, procurement, and construction phases. Excellent communication and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
• Coordinate design, manufacturing, and installation processes
• Administer contracts and manage change orders and billing




• Lead compliance and inspections with building codes
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in modular construction project management
