In this role, you will coordinate efforts with education stakeholders at both the cluster and Hospital/Academic Clinical Program levels. You will manage outreach activities, organize COMPASS events, and maintain a comprehensive student talent database. The opportunity allows you to establish a Career Mentorship Program, partner with clinician-mentors, and help create seamless pathways for aspiring clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead impactful survey efforts to assess engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience
• At least 4 years in managerial roles
• Relevant healthcare and education experience
• Solid communication and writing skills
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
