Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee updates and modifications to protection systems
• Conduct studies using ETAP for reliability and compliance
• Provide troubleshooting support for outages and system alarms
• Lead assessments and assist in corrective action development
• Collaborate with teams on electrical project execution
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in protection control systems
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, registered with APEGA
• Proficient in ETAP’s arc flash, short circuit, and load flow
• Knowledge of Alberta’s electrical regulatory standards
• Experience with GE, ABB, and SEL relay programming
