Key Responsibilities:
• Lead student achievement and well-being initiatives across K-12 schools




• Supervise and mentor school leaders for effective performance
• Address emerging challenges in student mental health and safety
• Contribute to the Board’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan
• Foster inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments

Requirements:
• Extensive leadership experience in education settings
• Membership with the Ontario College of Teachers
• Understanding of curriculum and equity-focused programming
• Proven ability to integrate technology in education
• Fluency in French is an asset
