Become a key leader at Nigig Nibi Ki-win Gamik Society as the Director of Circle and Tribunal Administration. This full time position operates on a hybrid model and champions community-driven advocacy.

Your leadership will be critical in supporting family circles and tribunal functions pivotal to the Algonquin community's governance. By collaborating with stakeholders and external resources, you'll ensure effective decision-making processes while providing training and support for facilitators and staff. This role demands excellence in managing competing priorities while embracing the values of the Algonquin culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and refine operational frameworks for circles and tribunals
• Support training initiatives for facilitators and staff




• Ensure compliance with legal standards and Indigenous practices
• Initiate community outreach and educational programs
• Maintain thorough documentation and monitoring processes

Requirements:
• 1-2 years working with alternative dispute resolution
• 3-5 years management experience
• Knowledge of Algonquin child and family well-being law
• Proven interpersonal and leadership skills
• Valid class “G” driver’s license
