Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales Processes and Current Vehicle Sales
Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
Strong leadership and management skills to supervise and motivate a sales team
Understanding of automotive industry trends and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales experience is an asset
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented workplace
Previous sales management experience in an automotive dealership is preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
