Drive Peloton's M&A; strategy as the VP of Mergers & Acquisitions located in Downtown Calgary. In this key role, you'll manage the lifecycle of acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, you will be responsible for sourcing, executing, and integrating M&A; deals that align with the company’s long-term vision. Solid expertise in finance and a strategic mindset are essential for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the energy technology sector.
Key Responsibilities: • Source and evaluate strategic acquisition opportunities • Oversee the full M&A; lifecycle from target screening to integration • Conduct detailed market analysis and due diligence • Collaborate with internal teams to execute transactions • Define and track integration synergies post-merger
Requirements: • At least 8 years of M&A; or investment banking experience • Successful leadership in full M&A; transactions • Expertise in financial modeling and valuations • Experience in the software or energy/industrial sectors preferred • Robust executive communication skills
