This role requires a background in Mechanical Engineering or Business with at least three years in aerospace manufacturing. You will oversee the Program Quality Plan and enforce regulatory compliance, utilize quality tools, and coach Quality Engineers. The goal is to minimize quality escapes and enhance overall quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage adherence to customer quality requirements and audits
• Reduce quality escapes to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with Quality Management System processes




• Facilitate corrective actions to improve problem-solving
• Actively participate in Gate and Program Reviews
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years aerospace manufacturing experience
• Robust knowledge of GD&T; and manufacturing methods
• Expertise in FMEA, CAR, MSA, and other quality tools
• Proven problem-solving and Six Sigma experience
• Excellent communication and people management skills
