Position Overview

Aecon Construction Solutions Inc. (ACSI) is a multi-disciplined construction company offering superior civil, electrical and mechanical services including piping, insulation, scaffolding, and module fabrication. We are seeking experienced Labourers to join our industrial team to support project requirements. We value safety and are committed to maintaining a zero injury culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cleanup work sites.
- Move materials and equipment, perform demolition, excavation, compaction activities, remove rubble and debris.
- Handle and distribute materials (load, unload supplies, equipment, tools to and from work areas).
- Place, consolidate and protect cast-in-place concrete or masonry structures (e.g., shovel cement and other materials into cement mixers, mix, pour, and spread concrete; use electric and pneumatic vibrators).
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, showing and barricades.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Experience

- WHMIS2015 certification.




- Fall Protection/working at heights – In Class.
- Experience as a Labourer in an industrial construction workplace.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25 kg.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures and policies.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen and/or criminal record check.
