This role is crucial to the George House Team, where you will assist youth with daily needs, implementing safety plans and utilizing Crisis Intervention Training. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist youth with medication, transportation, and meal prep
• Implement individualized safety and crisis intervention plans
• Conduct life skills groups and recreational therapeutic outings




• Support youth in developing problem-solving and coping skills
• Complete daily reports and maintain incident documentation
Requirements:
• Diploma in Child & Youth Work or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience supporting youth with complex needs
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office
• Valid G level driver’s license required
• Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Welfare Check needed
