Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily tasks of manufacturing personnel
• Assist in production scheduling and staffing plans
• Inspect equipment for safety and operational readiness
• Conduct training on SOPs and safety regulations
• Manage documentation and compliance reporting
Requirements:
• Three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Experience in validation processes is an asset
