Welcome to CBM! We are Canada Building Materials (CBM), a part of Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA).

CBM Aggregates is seeking a Technical Services Representative (Student), based in Aberfoyle. This position is for Students available between April – December 2026.

Responsibilities
Visit job sites, perform ongoing CSA & ASTM concrete and raw materials testing. Record test data, applying statistical quality control procedures.
Promote value added products, collect market and job information.
Supervise and plan for effective use of materials and equipment.
Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards or procedures.
Review and supervise the work of 3rd party Concrete Testing Services.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering Technician (CET) program, or similar program.
Fundamental knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel).




Ability to perform physical tasks outside.
Construction field experience would be an asset.
Valid G2 or G Driver’s license and ability to drive a company pickup truck.
3-year clean driver's abstract.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
