As a Finance & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive financial datasets that support reporting and analysis across business units. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create centralized financial datasets for effective reporting
• Update financial records including accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in account reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing
• Help in preparing financial reports and budgeting analysis
• Track billing and documentation related to contracts
Requirements:
• CFA or CPA designation is a solid asset
