You will work with the Technical Supervisor and creative leadership to drive the technical vision of animated features. Your contributions will include optimizing workflows, leading tool development, and ensuring that all processes align with the studio’s standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Direct technical oversight for animation pipeline workflows
• Troubleshoot and offer solutions for technical issues faced in production
• Validate tools while enhancing artist productivity




• Monitor scheduling and track the progress of development initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to improve technical processes
Requirements:
• 5+ years of pipeline TD experience in animation or VFX
• Robust programming skills in Python and familiarity with basic C++
• Experienced in relevant DCCs and project tracking software
• Knowledgeable in version control and Agile workflows
• Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
