Responsibilities
Focus on client retention and relationships
Daily servicing of the client’s insurance requests and needs
Writing current inbound leads and referrals from inbound requests
Processing applications & policy changes on the insurance company portals
Respond to high volume of calls/emails in a timely manner
Renewal reviews with clients and remarketing as necessary
Providing claims advocacy when necessary

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years personal lines experience (brokerage preferred)
Level 2 General Insurance License preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Robust work ethic and ability to work independently to complete tasks
Working knowledge of EPIC
