Store Manager - Full Time - CrossIron Mills Mall

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our location at CrossIron Mills Mall. The ideal candidate will lead a vibrant team, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our guests while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately.
Train, develop, and coach team members to enhance their performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality management.
Solid leadership and communication skills.




Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven setting.
Customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of skincare, body care, and fragrance is a plus.
Experience with clienteling is advantageous.
Basic technological skills.
