As an essential part of our design team, you will handle projects from the initial concept through to construction coordination. Responsibilities include developing creative solutions that respect client budgets and preferences, preparing detailed technical packages, and ensuring successful communication among all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients through the residential design selection process
• Prepare elevations, specifications, and detailed project documents
• Conduct site measurements and field verifications




• Review and address design conflicts during construction
• Manage project changes and maintain transparent documentation
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in residential interior design
• Solid proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant design software
• Familiarity with project management systems like CoConstruct
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license for project site visits
