In this engaging position, CHYTC seeks a motivated individual to provide direct support to youth in a team-oriented team setting. You will play a crucial role in fostering well-being and guiding youth as they navigate their healing journeys across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients both individually and in group sessions
• Advocate for youth by identifying and providing necessary resources
• Mentor clients to encourage positive self-awareness
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance and safety measures
• Collaborate closely with the CHYTC multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Degree or Certificate in Human Services preferred
• At least three years of experience working with youth
• Valid certifications in First Aid, CPR, and crisis intervention
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Driver's license and background checks are mandatory
