Location: On-site role 5 days a week in Windsor, ON.

Responsibilities
Conduct safety orientation, job site inspections, and accident/injury reports.
Organize and conduct training programs including WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, and CPR/First Aid.
Monitor employees and subcontractors in office to ensure compliance with safety procedures and accelerate issues to resolution.
Proactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and take necessary measures to correct them; delegate and influence others to follow safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in managing health and safety within construction.
Working towards, or already a certified member under the Occupational Health & Safety Act/Regulations with experience on a large‑scale construction site and National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certificate. A college degree or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is a benefit. Experience with the COR process certification is an advantage.




Willing to travel and possessing a valid driver’s license.

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
