Required skills and abilities
Hold a university degree in an appropriate field of specialization (engineering, administration or other); a graduate degree will be considered an asset.
Have positive knowledge of the following software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Have ten (10) years of relevant experience in the field, including two (2) years in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of the Baie-James territory would be an asset.

Working conditions and benefits
Permanent full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, 40 hours per week.

Plan and ensure the strategic and financial management of the department.
Lead maintenance and rehabilitation operations for infrastructure.
Manage human, contractual and administrative resources.
Ensure compliance,



risk management and occupational health and safety.
Represent the department and maintain relations with partners and authorities.
