Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Splunk Architect with robust expertise in Splunk and Dynatrace to design and implement enterprise observability, monitoring, and AIOps solutions. The role requires hands‑on experience in deploying, configuring, and optimizing monitoring platforms, integrating enterprise data sources, developing dashboards, automating alerting, and enabling proactive incident management across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and network environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Splunk Enterprise/Cloud architecture and monitoring solutions.
Configure Splunk components including Universal/Heavy Forwarders, Indexers, Search Heads, Deployment Server, and Clustering.
Develop SPL queries, dashboards, reports, alerts, knowledge objects, and analytics.
Implement and support Splunk ITSI and Enterprise Security use cases.
Deploy and configure Dynatrace One Agent across servers, containers, Kubernetes, cloud, and application settings.
Configure Application Performance Monitoring (APM),



Infrastructure Monitoring, Digital Experience Monitoring, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and Cloud Observability.
Leverage Dynatrace Davis AI for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and service dependency mapping.
Integrate Splunk and Dynatrace with ITSM, cloud, security, and enterprise monitoring tools.
Drive AIOps, monitoring automation, and observability best practices while collaborating with infrastructure, application, and operations teams.
