This is a firm that works with some of Canada's largest employers on complex group advantages mandates. You will be joining a cooperative environment where quality of work takes precedence over billable hour targets and where there are no individual sales quotas.The Role
You will manage a portfolio of large employer clients across group benefits, providing strategic advice on plan design, benchmarking, carrier management, cost optimisation, and renewals. You will also play a mentoring role within the team and contribute to business development activity.Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of large employer clientsAdvise clients on group perks plan design, renewals,



and market benchmarkingLead carrier negotiations and manage insurer relationships on behalf of clientsIdentify opportunities to expand client relationships and contribute to new business developmentMentor and support junior consultants within the practiceStay current on Canadian benefits legislation, market trends, and emerging issuesWhat We Are Looking For
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in group benefits consulting or brokerageMajority of career spent in a consulting or brokerage environment (not purely in-house)Experience working with large employer clientsStrong client management and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated involvement in business development or client growthComfortable managing multiple client engagements simultaneouslyExperience with pensions or broader total rewards is an asset but not requiredFrench language skills are an advantage but not a requirementBased in Toronto or willing to relocateWhy This Role
