Key Responsibilities:
Ensure securities law compliance and regulatory alignment
Liaise with TSX, IIROC, and SEC agencies
Collaborate with external counsel on legal documents
Manage legal due diligence for M&A; transactions
Prepare and review public disclosure materials
Requirements:
Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction
Minimum 3 years legal experience in mining
Expertise in contracts and compliance
Robust leadership and communication skills
