Aberdeen City HSCP is looking for a clinician to enhance their recent neurodevelopmental model for supporting children and families. Your role will include providing clinical support and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to foster inclusive practices.
Solid emphasis will be placed on early identification and coordinated care while improving the shared understanding of child development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver consultation within a multi-disciplinary framework
Build supportive narratives with children and families
Strengthen assessment processes during the Test of Change
Ensure effective training in neuro-affirming methodologies
Commit to regular clinical supervision and evaluation
Requirements:
Must be a registered clinician with relevant experience
Enthusiasm for improving systems for neurodivergent youth
Driving license required for community work
Passion for continuous skilled growth needed
