In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for Aecon’s Nuclear Quality Program across all nuclear projects in Canada. By providing functional leadership to Project Quality Leads, you will ensure rigorous application of quality controls tailored to project phase and regulatory requirements.

Your role is crucial in interfacing with leadership and external stakeholders to uphold nuclear safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the Nuclear Quality Program implementation
Establish governance frameworks for quality project execution




Guide Project Quality Leads in quality control application
Manage quality readiness for recent projects and phases
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives

Requirements:
At least 15 years in quality assurance or engineering
Expertise in CSA N286 Nuclear Quality Programs
Experience with large, complex nuclear projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
Quality management systems training is an asset
