As the HR Manager, you will partner closely with operations and plant leadership to support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement across diverse locations. The role requires robust HR knowledge, focusing on compliance, staffing, and development while leading change initiatives and integrations for current acquisitions.

Serve as HR business partner to operations leadership

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of Ontario and federal employment laws
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
Experience with post-acquisition HR integration
