Key Responsibilities:
Manage planning and execution of payroll functions
Verify and approve payroll transactions for accuracy
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation




Prepare year-end reporting and taxation documents
Liaise and provide support regarding payroll matters

Requirements:
Qualified accounting designation plus CPM/PCP certification
Minimum 6 years of payroll management experience
Strong knowledge of payroll practices and systems
Leadership skills to manage directly reporting staff
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
