You will oversee all phases of project execution while building robust teams and ensuring safety compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all project management activities in office
Ensure successful project transition from estimating to execution
Build and mentor effective project teams




Promote safety and compliance with regulations

Requirements:
10+ years in the construction industry, 5+ in leadership roles
Post-secondary education in engineering or construction management
Extensive knowledge in Civil Works and large-scale projects
Familiarity with alternative project delivery methods
Willingness to travel across Canada
