We are anticipating a future opening for a Receptionist with our client, a company that specializes in customized coatings for a wide range of industries. The ideal candidate will be skilled, organized, and capable of managing front-desk responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
Match product with shipping or PO documentation during shipment
Attach identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
Schedule, track and verify shipments as required
Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies as required
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 1 (one) year experience in reception/administrative support.
Must be comfortable using computer
Ability to read and write English
Must have own transportation as this location is not bus accessible
Robust customer service and communication skills both written and oral
Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented
High school diploma or higher (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
