Your role
Coordinate the various stages involved in the implementation of structured products, including documentation management and follow-ups with internal and external partners
Optimize processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of structured product activities
Support continuous disclosure requirements by preparing and maintaining required documentation
Produce and adapt a variety of technical and legal reports and documents
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including financial engineering specialists, to ensure high-quality deliverables

Prerequisites
College diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in office administration, secretarial studies, or a related field, combined with relevant experience
Experience or solid interest in financial markets or structured products
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
Experience in document management and coordination of administrative or technical activities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and regulatory requirements
