Must-Have
5+ years of accounting experience with full-cycle close ownership across multiple entities
Direct team management experience including training and mentorship
Solid knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity consolidation
Intercompany transactions & reconciliations
Multi-currency AR/AP and revaluationprimary audit contact

Nice-to-Have
CPA or CMA
Background in private equity or acquisition-heavy environments
Demonstrated success reducing month-close cycles

Daily Responsibilities
Oversee a 5-business-day close cycle
Manage, mentor, and train a team accounting specialists
Own multi-entity consolidation and financial reporting under IFRS
Drive process improvements across a growing portfolio
