Compensation: $50,000 – $250,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonuses)

Pioneer Chrysler Jeep is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. If you’re driven, confident, and ready to build a six-figure income in automotive sales, we want to hear from you.

No automotive experience? That’s okay. We train the right attitude.

What You’ll Do
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
Follow up on dealership leads (phone, email, online inquiries)
Prospect for new business through referrals and networking
Present pricing and financing options
Close deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business
Keep CRM updated with customer activity

Professional appearance and attitude
Valid Driver’s license
Sales experience is an asset (automotive preferred but not required)
Ability to work Saturdays
